Skid Design Packages (SDP) are available in 40HP -300HP and 200, 208, 230, 460, or 575 volt. Pressures from 100 to 150psig ensure any pressure requirement can be met for designing the system to meet specific application.
Typically installations include air compressor, refrigerated or desiccant air dryer, particulate and/or coalescing filter(s), receiver tank, disconnect, set on a common diamond plated skid. Common available options include TEFC motor, NEMA 4 or 12 starter, cold weather kit, compressor sound enclosure, energy efficient VFD, filter by pass, water cooled, analog gauges or microprocessor control.
SDP’s are perfect for over the fence rental, OEM projects, corporate standardization of compressed air systems across numerous facilities, and part of another packaged installation requiring air
